Originally from Italy, I began my journey with meditation and yoga in 2014 after I moved to Canada. Since that first class I took in 2014 in Montreal, I never stopped practicing. I have explored different types of yoga, developing an interest mostly for Vinyasa flow, Hatha, and recently Restorative.

As I expanded my knowledge, I began to be aware of myself and my choices in a completely new way. I continued my exploration by completing a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Breathing Room, and a 200-hour Meditation Teacher Training at Unplug with my teacher davidji. My aim is to keep learning and, inspire more people to take a step inward, connect with their true self and bring positive change to the world.

Yoga is part of who I grew up into. Yoga is a series of choices, habits and mindful practices that help me connect with my true self.
